How do I place an order at Bluvvy?
Placing an order on our website is super simple.
- Browse our collection to discover jewellery styles you’d love to personalise.
- On each product page, you’ll find useful details like price, character limits, and size dimensions, along with a step-by-step menu to guide you through personalisation.
- Fill in the customisation fields for material, engraving (watch the character limit!), stones, and chain length, if applicable.
- When everything looks good, click ADD TO BAG to confirm your selection.
- Got a promo code? Enter it at checkout to redeem your discount.
- Click PROCEED TO CHECKOUT, then enter your contact, shipping, and payment information.
Once your order is confirmed, you'll be taken to a confirmation page and receive an email with all the details — your custom Bluvvy piece will soon be in production!

How Do I Know My Order Is Confirmed?
Once you’ve completed your purchase, we will send you an Order Confirmation email.
How Can I Pay for My Order at Bluvvy?
We accept all major credit cards, as well as payments made through PayPal.
📦 All payments must be completed in full before your order is shipped.
To pay, simply click “Continue to Checkout” or “PayPal Checkout” from your shopping bag. Once you enter your contact info, you’ll be redirected to the secure payment platform.

What size should I buy?
If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.
Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.
Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

With proper care, our pieces age beautifully. A care card is included.

Yes. Initials, names, dates, and birthstones are available on select items.
Are personalized items returnable?
No, but if there's a production error, we will replace the item free of charge.
