How do I personalize my jewelry?

Is luxury gift packaging included?

Yes. Your Bluvvy jewelry is presented in luxury gift packaging.

What is the quality guarantee?

Bluvvy jewelry comes with a two-year quality guarantee. If a quality fault appears during normal use, email info@bluvvy.com with your order number and a clear photo. We will help arrange a repair or replacement for a covered fault. This guarantee does not limit your statutory consumer rights.

Can I return a personalized piece?

Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind. If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us so we can put it right. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
