Returns
Eligible non-personalized items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn or unused, with tags, original packaging and proof of purchase. Contact us before returning your order.
Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind. If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us so we can put it right. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Two-year quality guarantee
Bluvvy jewelry comes with a two-year quality guarantee. If a quality fault appears during normal use, email info@bluvvy.com with your order number and a clear photo. We will help arrange a repair or replacement for a covered fault. This guarantee does not limit your statutory consumer rights.
